FAQ's
“Are any of your products counterfeit (fake)?"
All products sold by ASLexpress.com (Adam Sinclair Ltd) are completely genuine. Products come with a unique barcode number proving that they are authentic. Nevertheless we shall declare in our invoice given to you that all products are genuine, thus breaching contractual obligations if they were counterfeit. You are also welcome to refer our products to the UK trading standards for verification.
"What about Brexit?”
The UK is no longer officially part of the European Union (EU) and has left the customs union as of January 1st 2021. As such all orders exported to countries within the EU will be liable to pay VAT and duties. Duties will vary depending on the order value and the products purchased. This will be charged by our shipping partners (UPS) before your order is released by customs for delivery. If this affects your order please contact us for further information.
“Can I exclude UK VAT?”
If you are based in the UK all orders will charged charged VAT at 20%, which will be shown on your invoice under 'Tax'. Apart from orders for children's/Junior products which will be at 0% VAT.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK (including the EU) will not be charged UK VAT, but will possibly have to pay VAT/Tax and duties upon delivery. This will vary depending on the individual countries tax rules.
“Do I have to pay through Paypal?”
We have alternative methods to pay for the goods other than Paypal. You may request our relevant bank details to pay via bank transfer. You may also pay via cheque or credit/debit card.
“Are prices VAT inclusive?”
No. Like most wholesale companies, all VAT is excluded from the unit price shown. It is then added to your final invoice under 'Tax'. All Children’s/kids wear is however VAT exempt.
“How Do I Create A Login Account?”
To create login on our website simply add the products you would like to order to your cart. Once you are ready to complete your order go to ‘Checkout’ which will direct you to a login/sign up page. Here you simply need to give your email address and a password of your choice. Once you have done this you can continue to login to the website using the same e mail address and password for future orders.
“How long does the order take to deliver?”
Products ordered will take two working days to deliver from the DPD service within the UK. (NB all deliveries must be signed for). However we shall try our best to deliver it to you by the following day. Deliveries across Europe usually take from 3 to 7 working days form dispatch of goods, depending on the country. However this will depend on customs clearance and payment of VAT and duties.

“Will we receive an invoice?”
Yes, all orders will have a full VAT invoice sent via email and a hard copy invoice dispatched with the order.
“Is it safe to pay online?”
100% safe. We have integrated Paypal within our gateway. (NB) If you would prefer to pay via Bank Transfer then please contact Dilip@aslexpress.com .
Paypal: We use Paypal as a payment processor, which means you have one of the biggest companies in the worlds securing your order and Paypal will also NOT disclose any of your card details to us.
“How long will you hold my order for?"
Once the products are ordered and paid for we shall process the order instantly. However we can only hold the stock order for one day until it is paid for, as it is unfair to reserve stock which can be bought by another client.
“Will I receive my order in the exact size ratio shown on the website?"
The products you order will almost always come in the size ratio shown on the website, or as close to it as possible. If we deem there is a significant size difference we will contact you before dispatching your order. However if there is a slight size difference we would like to mention that we will not accept this as a reason for return unless deemed otherwise by our self.
